What about my kids?

Root Kids will look after them well.

Check your kids in at the Root Kids desk in the foyer. Our team will give you a matching tag so pickup is simple and secure.

Do I have to give money?

No. You're our guest.

An offering is part of our service for those who call Root & Rise home — there's no expectation for first-time guests to give anything.

What happens when I arrive

Five simple steps.

1

Walk through the doors.

Someone will greet you before you even reach them.

2

Meet our welcome team.

They'll help you find your way and answer any questions.

3

Grab a coffee.

It's on us. Take your time.

4

Check in your kids.

Quick, secure and friendly.

5

Find a seat and enjoy the service.

Sit wherever feels comfortable — there's no assigned seating here.

One more thing

What happens after the service?

Stick around. Grab another coffee, meet a few people and see what the fuss about Root Groups is. There's no pressure to stay — but most people do.
